I started Turnaround Intensives because I’m committed to the quiet pressure founders and teams carry, especially the ones doing great work, but still getting overlooked.
I spent years in the agency world (including New York), helping brands like JetBlue, Comedy Central, and Loews. I learned how to make things look beautiful, sound sharp, and feel premium.
But over time, I learned the same truth: the brand could look great and the marketing could be working… yet sales stayed flat or inconsistent. And the pattern was rarely effort. It was connection.
The promise was polished, but the journey behind it wasn’t. The offers felt fuzzy. The next steps had friction. The experience didn’t consistently reinforce trust.
What drives me now is helping small and mid-market businesses bounce back by rebuilding that connection, so momentum stops feeling random and starts feeling repeatable.
Because comebacks don’t just happen in sports or personal growth. They happen in businesses every day. And when a comeback starts to stall, it usually isn’t a talent problem, it’s a system problem. That’s what I’m here to fix.
